Navicat provides a number of licensing options and these includes;

Enterprise Edition
Standard Edition
Non-Commercial/Educational Edition
Essential Edition

Enterprise Edition

The Enterprise Edition includes a complete set of functions and features in Navicat. The Enterprise version (Windows) includes Report Builder and Data Modeling Tool, and is bundled with 2 licenses of Navicat Report Viewer.

Non-Commercial/Educational Edition

Navicat Non-Commercial Licensing Program offers Navicat at an incredible discount, providing an ideal way to make Navicat more affordable.

Navicat Non-Commercial Licenses are restricted to educational or non-profit use and should be registered to an organization which falls into one of the categories below:

Accredited public/ private Educational Institutions providing full time instructions (e.g, University, College, Secondary Schools, Primary Schools)
Administrative Offices or Board of Education of an accredited Educational Institutions
Registered Non-profit organizations
Charitable organizations
Libraries
Research Institutes
Museums
Churches

For individuals, if you are a person who is not working for a corporation, company, partnership or association of another entity or organization and will not use the product for commercial purposes then you are also eligible for the non-commercial license .

Commercial companies and Government departments are required to purchase our Commercial License.

The Non-Commercial License of Navicat is identical to the Enterprise edition of its equivalent product, but for non-commercial use.
